commercial loans with its primary focus on the
residential client needing a purchase or
refinance. With its broad base of wholesale lenders, Eastchester
Mortgage Corp. can offer either a conforming, government (FHA or VA), or nonconforming product depending on the individual
customer's specific set of circumstances. Originations are processed through the main office in High Point.

Eastchester Mortgage Corp. offers a wide variety of mortgage loan products. We do
conforming loans and nonconforming loans. This means we offer loans to people with perfect credit, no credit, or those that may have some credit problems.
For those with good credit that meet standard conforming guidelines, we can offer rates that beat bank loans. For others with credit issues or other problems, we have the flexibility of working with various lenders who have a number of programs. We can deal with income issues as well as collections and chargeoffs on credit. We offer first and second mortgages on refinances or
purchases. We specialize in purchase loans with little or no down payment and refinance loans with no out of pocket expenses (except appraisal fee). Our FHA programs feature low fixed rates with down payment assistance programs. We also do commercial loans and investment properties. Free prequalification is offered to all clients.
